But I think I may be starving myself too much from dieting. Yesterday, I told my husband that I am craving for some dishes and wanted to eat out. And with my 2 children, we ordered 4 dishes, and we finished them all up. I really ate too much. I guess satisfying my craving once in awhile is not bad.

My son has been asking for a playstation or xbox for a few years now. And I have always said "no". He should just be content with his Nintendo DSi. It is portable and we can easily bring it to parties and road trips. But looking at the catalogs, I wonder if its time for me to get him and his sister a PS3 slimline this Christmas. Christmas is just around the corner. Less than a month away, and I have not done a single shopping yet. So many things are going on right now, and I just couldn't fit Christmas shopping into our budget.
My husband wanted a Samsung Focus. On the other hand, I wanted an Ipad. My son wanted Iphone and picked the Iphone accessories that he also wanted! It's a good thing my daughter just wanted some webkinz to add to her collection. That is definitely affordable.
My basement development project is currently underway... stage 1 is done, that is, frames are all in place, electrical and plumbing all ready to go too. They are now on stage 2, which is sound proofing and drywall.
I've already chosen laminate flooring, and paint color. Moen bathroom items are also in place waiting to be installed. Now, on to the smaller details like door, cabinet and floor register. I think I will just stick to the basic ones, same as what we have on the main floor.
I am still on my target... slowly but surely... I know I will get to the weight that I wanted... in due time. I am building my stamina and endurance. And slowly losing weight.
The good news is, I don't have to research and read on diet pill reviews. I feel like my exercise and diet is working for me so far. And as long as I keep on my routine, I should be fine.

As I was cleaning out our basement stuff, I came across quite a few new mens ties in one of the boxes. It was from years ago. My husband went shopping for some office clothes, and he got 1 tie for every shirt, and he bought 8 shirts that day. And my husband never wore a tie! And I can't give it away as gift since the box had the word "free" written on it. I ended up giving them away without the box to my in-laws.
